Thus our design work includes both inner and outer approaches to reshaping the way we interact with each other and the planet.

Regenerative design is a holistic approach that sees YOU as part of nature and strives to move beyond mono-cultures towards an increased abundance of life.

Traditional landscape and garden design uses approaches, that while common, can be harmful both to life, both people and nature. A regenerative design respects both by not using pesticides, herbicides, and synthetic fertilizers. These chemicals have their roots in war-time manufacturing and were weapons designed to harm and continue to do so in landscapes around the world.

Our regenerative designs work with natural processes to manage pests, plants, and provide fertility in a way that promotes and nourishes life at all levels. This is how nature has thrived for millions of years and has been proven to be effective in all climates and conditions.

Indigenous peoples around the world have used this wisdom to build stable, long lasting societies for thousands of years. We can do this right now in our urban landscapes to build a brighter future for us all!

We empower our clients to implement the designs we co-create through providing a step-by-step implementation plan and continuing consultations. We educate and share resources making doing it yourself both possible and accessible.

We do this as we're passionate about empowering many to become stewards of their local environments and not just customers. As you follow the steps we lay out to create your ecosystem, you'll experience the joy, wonder, and magic of nature while learning so you can keep expanding and growing as you'd like!

However we also recommend when getting outside, professional help would be best and occasionally are able to provide recommendations for certain projects and activities.

Yes! We are a fully licensed business in the State of California and have business insurance. We are also both certified Permaculture designers through the Permaculture Research Institute.
